Lobophyllia

Lobophyllia sp.

The Lobophyllia coral is a slow-growing large-polyp-stony coral that thrives in lower light (100 PAR or below) and just enough indirect flow to blow off any waste and detritus.

These corals will happily (and sometimes require) supplemental feedings 1-3x per week.

Beware of opportunistic tank mates, such as shrimp, which are quick to take advantage of slow-feeding corals.
